Acne is a common skin disease. Though it is a matter of worry but can be cured also.
What is acne?
Acne is medically known as Acne Vulgarism. It is not so dangerous, but it is our life’s most annoying skin curse .It arises during puberty, period of human development during which physical growth and maturation occurs. It arises on the face, chest, and back of a person. About 85% of people develop acne at some time between the ages of 12-25 years. It is also found in some newborns.
Causes of acne
No one is completely sure about the causes of acne. But experts believe that it arises because of the blockage on follicles. Our skin has tiny holes connected to the oil glands situated under the skin. The glands are connected to the pores through follicles. Sebum, an oily liquid, produced from the glands carries dead skin cells through the follicles to the surface of the skin. Sometimes the follicles get blocked because of excessive sebum or too many dead skin cells or something on the surface. Bacteria also join them and the result is acne.
Types of acne
There are different types of acnes. Some of these acnes can be really painful and can persist for a long time off period. If we know about the different types of acnes then it will help us to get relief from them correctly. These are as follows:

·         Whiteheads - occur on oily skin and remain under the skin and are very small.
·         Blackheads –occur not necessarily because of dirt. It is clearly visible. These are black and appear on the surface of the skin.
·         Papules – these are visible on the surface of the skin. These are small and pink.
·         Pustules –these are clearly visible on the surface of the skin. They are red at their base and have pus at the top.
·         Nodules - clearly visible on the surface of the skin. They are large, solid pimples. They are painful and are rooted deeply into the skin.
·         Cysts - clearly visible on the surface of the skin. They are painful, and are filled with pus. Cysts can easily cause scars.
Ways to get relief from acne
There are many simple but effective ways which can help to get relief of acnes and to get a healthy and lovely skin.
Honey:
Honey can do a miracle job for removing acnes. It can be used in many ways. One of them is-  to apply some honey over your pimples. Allow it to dry on its own for nearly an hour.  Then rinse it off with normal water. Hope it will work….
Ice:
Ice is also useful in the treatment of acne. We have to take an ice cube and wrap it up in a soft and clean piece of cloth. Now, it will have to apply all over the acnes and leave for few minutes. It will give faster relief and a soothing effect.
Papaya:
Papaya helps to remove dead skin cells and extra oil from the skin. It has an enzyme called Papain which reduces inflammation and prevents us from forming. Way to use it:   Firstly we have to rinse the face with water and pat dry. Then mash a papaya to a consistency so that it can be easily applied to the skin. Then leave it for 15-20 minutes and then wash it off.
Aloe Vera:
Aloe Vera gel can be used directly on the acnes. It has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and helps to reduce redness and skin irritation.
Banana peels:
Bananas peels are good for skin and also effective in treating acne. The peel has a very powerful antioxidant that helps to reduce inflammation and allows healthy cell growth. Firstly we have to Peel the banana then need to rub the peel on the face in a circular motion to get relief from the redness and discomfort caused by acne. We have to keep it for 30 minutes and then wash it off.
 Cautions:
Not to touch the skin:
We need to refrain ourselves from touching our faces. We need to keep your hands clean, wash them regularly. It is also necessary before applying lotions, creams or makeup.
Wash the face:
We need to wash our face to prevent acnes. It is one of the simplest and most effective ways to prevent acnes. We need to do it twice daily - once in the morning, and once at the end of our day. We should use a clean washcloth, warm water and a mild soap or cleanser. This simple way will be effective at ridding our skin of dust, dirt, dead skin cells and bacteria. We also are careful to keep our hair clean and away from our face. Because, hair collects sebum on skin.
Some regular exercise:
Half-an-hour's exercise, three to four times a week, though any amount is better than none, will help to change the appearance of the skin.
 Loose garments:
Our skin needs to breathe. If acne is on back, shoulders or chest then we should try to wear loose clothing. Tight garments should be avoided .If we have to wear them then make sure that they are cleaned regularly.
Not to sleep with makeup:
We should not go to sleep with makeup on. We should use only the makeup that is  nonacnegenic – we  should be able to read this on the label. If we cannot find it, we should ask the shopkeeper or pharmacist.
Not to use too many treatments:
We should not use too many acne treatments at once. Instead, we should use single products at a time
Should have patience:
We have to try to have patience. It might seem like the acne appeared overnight, but most treatments won't disappear overnight.
Be aware:
We have to practice smart marketing awareness of natural ingredients. We will have to  be cautious of ingredients that are marketed as "natural," home remedies, or are trademarked. Natural does not equate to safe skin treatment. We should use ingredients scientifically proven to treat skin.

What is anemia?

Anemia is a disease that occurs when the red blood cells become less than their normal number, or if the amount of hemoglobin in the blood decreases. This disease leads to a lack of oxygen in the body's organs. It also leads to various medical consequences. Anemia can be easily treated by intake of a healthy diet. Although there are other types of anemia, which are serious and can be treated easily and can also cause a threat to the life of an individual.

What causes anemia?

Iron deficiency is considered the main cause of anemia, which can be rectified by having a diet rich in iron. Various other reasons, which are held responsible as a cause of anemia are:   Certain clinical effects, such as bleeding of the bowel, crohn's disease and celiac disease, pregnancy, heavy menstrual periods, thalassemia, leukemia, bone marrow problems, kidney disease, rheumatoid arthritis, hormonal disorders, poor diet, surgery, injury or accident.

Signs and symptoms of anemia :

The most common symptom of anemia is fatigue and weakness. If a person is anemic, he / she may find it difficult to engage in activities that require physical endurance, even under normal tasks. Other signs and symptoms to recognize anemia are:

Whole grains, legumes, nuts against anemia

As you know by now, your body can get the dietary iron from two sources namely animal and plant-based foods. Heme iron is found in animals, especially red meat, fish and poultry. Non-heme iron can be found in animals as well as plant-based food. Vegetarian sources of non-heme iron include vegetables, grains, lentils and beans. Whole grains, legumes and nuts are good vegetarian sources of iron and folic acid. However, you need to have a balanced vegetarian diet if you intend to get your iron from food herbal because heme iron you get from animals can be well absorbed by your body, without relying on other dietary factors. The absorption of non-heme iron, however, depends on other foods you eat. So take a balanced diet and also avoid some other foods. Here are some tips for you.

Elle is available as a tincture and capsules; but the best way to use it is dying because it better absorbed than when shooting in a capsule. This plant can cause diarrhea if the dose is too high.
